On Tuesday the 31st of March, I hosted a webinar on “The Vital Steps Business Owners Need to Take Today”.
A lot of business owners I talk to right now are concerned about what’s going to happen to their business, their staff and their families, due to the pandemic. The webinar addressed this and the following:

Our current mantra is “Don’t Panic, Plan”, and a number of times I referenced the need to put in place a 90 day plan. 90 day planning is something we offer all of our coaching clients as part of their wider packages. We also offer this as a standalone product. The usual format is that we all meet together in a local hotel and plan our next 3 months. We plan against goals that we set.
Given the current situation I am going to host a webinar next Friday morning (3rd April), whereby you can join other business owners and with my guidance, create your plan for the next 90 days. We’ll do this across Zoom, and I will provide all the coaching materials you’ll need.
